I'm not sure who else would donate for someone. But I know I have a few people that I wanna have donator access, so they don't have to wait to join. And I'll donate for them.
Is this possible? I think this is a brilliant idea! lol

Though obviously, we'd have to talk it through first. If you want to offer Donor membership on our servers to someone else, please send me a PM. (The person you want to offer it to will have to create a forum account however).

yeah I was thinking like on the home page beside the giveaways, we can add a banner I made:

and add like "no more waiting to join the server!"

I guess it would be too hard to have it built in the donator widget. You can't add a form option similar to the "Do you want your username to be shown?". Where it would say "this donation is for": "myself", "name here".

I think I can add that option. It seems like it gets the options and it throws the username to paypal:
"0: No, User Name: Chainspell". So it must be pretty easy to add another variable "gift:yes/no". I'm sure I can add it :)

It's no secret now, I'd donate to hyperion every month to keep things rolling, great idea on gifts as it expands the network for friends and family, problem on my half is i screwed up with my bank, a separate account allows me to put munny from my savings into thus certain account which i use online, knowing ill put in the right amount for a product i buy and nothing more can be taken, so i tried it out thought i had it sussed but i get declined so i cbf calling the bank to roll back the changes. Chainspell gift me and ill get you some 1o$ TF2 item or a game if its what your after. Times of desperation ae, first i couldn't understand the game, then i didn't understand players, now i'm not understanding servers as i get the random boot for reserved slots and other strange miscellaneous reasons, seriously what does the innernet have against me FML! xD
