Hey can you guys update the FAQ - TF2 Chat Commands page with the list of server commands? It only includes /votescramble, and I know there are others (/rtv?) and I saw "votekick", "votemute", or "voteban" listed in a forum post someplace...
Thanks,
Bedub1

oooooh yeah :)

I forgot we had a FAQ...

That's my fault. A long time ago, in a galaxy far away, I started working on a FAQ... and I kinda forgot about it, since we were making so many changes all the time. This is definitely something we need to do. I'd also like to have these commands available in-game through a MOTD style window.

Maybe in the mean time do you guys want to just post all the commands you know? We might as well get a list going.

Who even read Frequently Asked Questions now these days....well..at least I don't ;)

Oh, I forgot about this thread. I'll definitely compile a list of all available commands and put them in their own sticky thread somewhere on the forums. For now though, here are the most important ones:
Type in chat:
These commands need to be [dot]typed by several players[/dot] to trigger the vote:
votekick -- Initiates a public vote to kick a player.
voteban -- Initiates a public vote to ban a player (for 1 hour).
votemute -- Initiates a public vote to mute a player's mic (lasts for a map).
!request -- Notify admins that you need their help.
rtv -- Rock the Vote, initiates a public vote to change map.
!revote -- Brings up the voting menu again and allows you to change your vote. Only works if voting is still going.
/scrambleteam -- Initiates a public vote to scramble teams. (Does not work on MvM servers)
!server -- Shows our available TF2 servers and allows direct connection (Donors can use reserved slots this way as well) -- Only work on Payload and Votation servers.
timeleft -- Shows time left on a current map.
GameMe commands:
gameme -- Displays your GameMe stats.
Type in console:
sm_help -- Shows all the available SourceMod commands available.
-
/scrambleteam -- Initiates a public vote to scramble teams. (Does not work on MvM servers)
!votescramble works too.
You can use these on any SourceMod server:
ff -- Tells you if friendly fire is enabled or not.
alltalk -- Tells you if alltalk is enabled or not.
nextmap -- Tells you the next map that will be played. It only works after a map has been chosen by vote, of course.
thetime -- Tells you the current time in the server's time zone. For us, that would be -8 PST.
