Title: Can we have a shorter respawn time?

Its always 20 seconds...don't you think its a bit too long?  :(

I don't know if this is what happens with everyone but whenever I play it seems as though the spawn wait changes. Sometimes it will be 5 seconds and the next time it will be 20.

I'm not even going to try to explain how the spawn times are calculated (too lazy), so here's a link that will hopefully make it more clear

We can't change the respawn time or we will be removed from quickplay. :(
