Actually I just added it to Payload. Votation has already had it for a week or so. Use "votekick", "votemute", or "voteban" in chat to access the menu.

You can use the votekick/mute/ban commands on both servers.
Dave was saying we were testing the plugin on Payload Votation server first. Since this morning, it's also on the Payload server.
