Love the changes, pro barnblitz woo.
I think its only logical to have all team voice regardless of the population. If I want to talk to someone, why should I have to check if they're alive or not?

i think the callout position is a moot point. these are 32 slot servers, good snipers and spies move around.
we play on tn when getting into hyperion is taking too long, and they use deadtalk, and sniping and playing spy is no different than hyperion.

Okay, I feel like this may have been looked into, since other ppl I talk about seem to be familiar with the slight packet-loss on these servers. There's really tho no acceptable amount of it. While it's been many years since I have hosted servers, I do vaguely remember this being alleviated by playing with a couple rate settings:
net_splitrate i think i set to 2
and  net_splitpacket_maxrate to something really high, like 100k

Sorry if this has already been explored, but if it can help, id be so happy :3

But yeah, it can make for some funny and annoying glitches. Like players stuck in taunt poses hehe. Also tho can make hit reg inconsistent, stickies not registering detonation.

i think its a non issue really, 32 person pub servers are such a non competitive spam-fest, so having competitive type rules on them is silly

Been a long time since i've mesed with tf2. Does the tf_teamtalk setting only apply to say command, or does it apply to voicerecord too?

hallo, i actually coded the scramble balance plugin, so if u ever needed help with that, ask away... it is a really really verbose plugin and been trying to unkink a lot of things, like having a billion scramble modes, cuz i personally don't know what is the best way to sort the players :(

but i have started coming to these servers a lot, and something I have gotten used to from playing elsewhere is this medic ammo plugin.... when your medic gets to a certain % charge, it will begin telling him how much ammo the person he's healing has, and maybe i can persuade this to be added to the servers?
I made this one as well, and its coded more cleanly than gscramble. scramble was my first plugin really, and it just kept being one idea/request being added and added on top of another, and it got sorta scary. lol

But the servers are fun, the people arent jerks, so keep up the splendid work :>
