So I ask this guy

to change his name. He asks why and I tell him the server got rules and you are violating them. He responds "give me a minute to change it". A minute later he changes to
149 "GRAH GRAH, fuc niqqa on sight" [U:1:84878818] 23:05  114    0 active

It is unlikely maybe, but not impossible, that a black 10-year old kid joins the server and actually feel uncomfortable. Immature behavior to have such a name.
I respect the freedom of both opinion and speech, nobody's gonna tell me I can't have a racial worldview, but a pub server is not the place and time to promote that view.

I think that whatever (almost) we do to the PL server it will stay populated. Dustbowl alone can easily hold 32 players and would be an alternative to skial dustbowl+ LA. (that server is crazy populated)
Good idea! Worth a try. Can't go wrong. Etc etc.

Just want to point out one of the least known feature in TF2... anyone. can. mute. anyone!
You hit escape and where it says "resume game" there is an ear icon. Click that and you get a list of current players and spectators. Mute (and unmute) anyone.)

This is the first server I've been a regular on that permits clan impersonation and general bullshit. That's just fucking lame.
Well I'm taking my $5 to another server (like anybody cares hahaha).

I've owned and run numerous servers in TF2, Gmod (RP), Counter-Strike, Half-Life and Insurgency.
You need highly specified rules that you make sure are followed.
And you might think that a set time ban could work, say you ban someone a week for racism, but they usually come back with an even more hostile intent towards the server.
I, on the other hand, never accepted donations, so money wasn't involved (it might be harder to ban a paying customer, so to speak).
A strong admin "presence" will always make a server prosper.
I AM from Sweden so excuse any spelling error and stuff.

I just left the server and are thinking of migrating to another. They bullying ppl, myself included. It used to be such a friendly server :(
