Title: Payload rotation problem

So I was just playing on pl_upward on the payload server, when the server map time expired. Normally this would mean that the map will change at round end, but on upward it always cuts the round short, and the team with the most points wins by default. Just checking that you guys are aware of the problem.

We're aware of this problem. We believe the problem is built into the map.

We're aware of this. We tried the find the problem, but as Dave said, I think that's how the map was designed. It's annoying, and I'm not sure how to fix it. If you guys played upward on another server that fixed the problem, let us know.
