Title: Racist name

So I ask this guy
149 "GRAH GRAH, fuck nigga on sight" [U:1:84878818] 19:50  121    0 active
to change his name. He asks why and I tell him the server got rules and you are violating them. He responds "give me a minute to change it". A minute later he changes to
149 "GRAH GRAH, fuc niqqa on sight" [U:1:84878818] 23:05  114    0 active

It is unlikely maybe, but not impossible, that a black 10-year old kid joins the server and actually feel uncomfortable. Immature behavior to have such a name.
I respect the freedom of both opinion and speech, nobody's gonna tell me I can't have a racial worldview, but a pub server is not the place and time to promote that view.

Added a 2 day ban.
If he comes back with an inappropriate name once again, we'll ban him longer.
