Title: Payload server shows 31/32 but I can't join.

Hello,

I'm trying to join the Payload server and it says it's not full, but when I click on the server it says that the game is full. Also, I'm not getting the regular option to auto-retry.

Same thing happened to me last week. I just waited and it fixed itself eventually.

It's an unfortunate bug that happens because of one of our plugins. It's the one that tries to avoid kicking VMs to make room for admins/donors. It will fix itself on server restart or after a map change. Donors can still connect however.
