Title: Teleporter Griefing (and anger issues).

Issue:  He sets up teleporter traps and is just generally an annoying asshat. He was on HyperionGaming.org | Payload Votation | West Coast [Stats] yesterday evening and a voteban (I think?) was successful on him. I was on the other team so I did not witness the griefing. Just want to make sure he is permanently banned.

Set a week long ban for Telegriefing. 2nd offense will result in a permanent one.

Just to let you know. He was back today. #    524 "Solipsist"         STEAM_0:0:60386533  20:42       59    0 active greifing teles again.  uploaded a pic on my profile. might not be able to see who owns the tele. but blu team is stuck.  we did a we voteban but he said he will be back and hack the server.

Just to update on this. He is perma banned since 8/21/13. He tried to join on 08-24-13 17:12

He is also banned from a ton of other servers (https://www.google.com/search?q=STEAM_0%3A0%3A60386533&rlz=1C1CHFX_enUS525US525&oq=STEAM_0%3A0%3A60386533&aqs=chrome..69i57.835j0&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8).

He has a total of 3 one-hour bans and 2 one-week (http://sourcebans.hyperiongaming.org/index.php?p=banlist&advSearch=STEAM_0:0:60386533&advType=steamid&Submit) bans. So he's finally earned a perma ban. Good riddance!
