Some dude who changes his name quite often.... best known as pooper and recently known as mad butter comes in around 1-2AM Pacific time and starts popping heads off in the most absurd manner. He has about a 90% headshot kill ratio, and the rate at which these kills occur is absolutely insane. Can we get an admin to do something about it, please?

He's been banned tonight. Thanks for reporting him.
-
Thank you!

You may also report cheaters/hackers through our SourceBans page: http://sourcebans.hyperiongaming.org/index.php?p=submit (http://sourcebans.hyperiongaming.org/index.php?p=submit)
If you can also record a demo, it will speed up the ban. In this case, I took a demo of him though.

is it this guy? http://stats.hyperiongaming.org/playerinfo/34032 (http://stats.hyperiongaming.org/playerinfo/34032)
Has he been permabanned? I HATE CHEATERS!!
Sorry lol

Wow. I have seen him many times and wondered if he was a hacker. Good job for someone actually checking it out.

It's one of his accounts yes. He'll most likely be back under a new account, but the best way to catch them is to report any players you find suspicious and to record a demo of them. Without some kind of proof, it's going to be very difficult to get a ban.
There's been a mistake here. We did ban "mad butter", and we do have a demo. However, (and this is where I misread), there's no proof Pooper is "mad butter". I don't think he is. IPs (locations) don't match, chatlog don't match, they've both played over 30 hours on the servers, have different average latency, Pooper started July 6th, mad butter June 20th.
So it's my fault, I misread the first post. There's no proof it's the same person.

So he hasn't been banned? For all I know he may not be hacking but the speed in which he can put a hs in doesn't even seem human. And I know others suspect him of cheating as well.

If you really think he's hacking and turning it off when people spectate, join his team and start recording a demo of yourself playing. When you die, move your camera onto him and see if he's hacking.

Cool. Thanks for the tip.
