Hey everyone, I fell in love with TF2 a few months back and have really enjoyed getting into it. During this time, I found myself inexorably attracted to Hyperion Gaming's fine servers (especially since I live in San Francisco and get awesome latency). Anyhow, I figured it was time to support the servers I play on regularly and join this community.

At risk of sounding like a newb, I've got some questions that have stumped me:
*How do I become a "verified member"? I see instructions, but I can't seem to find the links they refer to.
*Is my donation automatically linked to my in game ID?
*Is there a way to change my forum avatar? As much as I like the Terminator, it would be cool to have the same avatar I use on Steam...

Your donation isn't linked in-game. But it is something we want to add in the future.

As for your avatar, go to your forum profile (http://hyperiongaming.org/index.php?action=profile;area=forumprofile). At the top, click "Specify avatar by URL". You can find your steam avatar url when you edit your steam profile. Just right-click an image, and copy link address. Then paste it into your profile.

And yes, the servers are located in San Jose, so the ping is awesome for everybody living in the bay area.
