Title: Chat Plugins Updated

Both servers now have updated chat plugins. Also, the HG tag has been re-enabled on Rotation.

Let us know if you're still getting repeating-chat spam, can see enemy chat, etc.

Any chance on making dead chat viewable from people who are alive?

I swear you used to be able to see chat from the dead, but you're right, you can't anymore.

Looks like it's working again. The chat plugin gods must be pleased with us.
