Breakfast Tacos (Let's make)

Ok, I cart around peeps off and on for about 3 years for side cash from all over the world and they ALWAYS want to know about breakfast tacos, I posted about this on TN before, last year or so, but going to go the "lets make some fuggin tacos" route because..well, they are amazing and I want some pictures of what you can do without being here locally (thousands of ways to make). I have been here my whole life, so any question about breakfast tacos I think I can help with, or at least find the answer for..
This will fix the basic idea of wtf am I going on about (amazing post about it), read, watch, then make. :) I would say ALWAYS add salsa (zillions of variations fresh or canned) to any taco, welcome to Austin, Texas in how we roll.
