Best we're reached was 2nd place. I'm pretty sure it's impossible to compete against SourceOP/SKIAL "fun" servers. If you look at the top20 list, there aren't a lot of "vanilla" servers actually playing TF2 the way it was designed (minus the 32 players part). You'll see a lot of custom mods (Saxton Hale, MarioKart, Deathrun...), custom maps, and instant respawn servers.
I'd say as a real official Payload server, we're doing pretty well. As Dave said though, the more we talk about our rank the higher the chance our rank will plummet. So, I should close this thread!
(For real though, gametracker rank doesn't matter. I'm happy as long as we're getting enough traffic so that our regulars can play whenever they want to play
