NS2 Server Changes

Some recent changes you may notice on the server:
- Replaced DAK with Shine Administration plugin.
- Added New Custom map: ns2_jambi
- Added Forced Cross-Spawns on ns2_descent and ns2_summit.

A bunch of other small changes and tweaks made to VoteRandom, IdleKicker, etc...

Everything seems Good For me At the Moment. Though, Im most Glad so Far with the Jambi Update :)
