Teleporter Griefing (and anger issues).

Issue:  He sets up teleporter traps and is just generally an annoying asshat. He was on HyperionGaming.org | Payload Votation | West Coast [Stats] yesterday evening and a voteban (I think?) was successful on him. I was on the other team so I did not witness the griefing. Just want to make sure he is permanently banned.

Just to update on this. He is perma banned since 8/21/13. He tried to join on 08-24-13 17:12

He is also banned from a ton of other servers.

He has a total of 3 one-hour bans and 2 one-week bans. So he's finally earned a perma ban. Good riddance!
