Are sprays working?

Ever since the server was affected by a cheater a while ago, I thought that sprays were disabled on the server completely as I haven't been able to see my own or anyone else's. I thought this was the case for everyone, but it seems a few people can see sprays fine.

 I'm curious if this might be a problem on my end or what.

Sprays should be working.
If they're not, it might be a client side issue.
