Just so everyone knows I did not exploit and enforcer had no proof to ban me.  If the proof is something some player claims let them bring forth a demo with proof. Oh right, there's nothing because it's lies.

Let the players decide, not the ignorant admins. And I don't know what enforcer claimed but when he kicked me I wasn't doing it because I was writing a complaint in all chat.

you were the only person who typed in votekick... Pl alpen another map where you can shoot over the wall.  Pl frontier has plenty of walls that can be shot over as well.  Valve knows that you can shoot over the wall in upload that is how they designed it, been that way for years.  Also lots of maps where they put slotted fences, and we don't kick people for shooting through them either.  Your third point isn't even an argument, your personal attack only demonstrates how you just want to kick me out of anger.

Enforcer kicked me for hitting grenades over the last wall on upward that is next to the blue spawn area.  This is how the map is designed it has been like this for ages and is not an exploit.  Valve made it this way.  You can't kick players for this especially when it's only one player bitching on their team (Ephemera) who doesn't like how the map works.

when these players get autobalanced they usually go afk and switch back to their old team so they can pocket each other.  There has been a lot of suspicion that these are alt accounts of banned players.  I would like to see them banned or at least kicked when they pull stuff like this.

The server has wait disabled, (like most tf2 servers), barring that, tf2 scripts are allowed so unless you can prove it is a hack or third party software there is no legitimate reason for banning snoope other than being good at trickstabs.

masking ping as 1 which is a bannable offense on most servers, headshotting at very high rates while lagging in spectate.

Since lots of people like badwater I would like to see Pl_retawdab added which is a mirror image of badwater, but plays like a different map.
Based on the popularity of badwater i believe this would be very successful.

random crits are not random, they are based on damage done over time, and it is even higher for melee, for example you have a 60 percent melee crit chance if you did 800 damage or more in the last 20 seconds.

The base crit chance for standard weapons is 2%. This is modified by a bonus percentage based on how much damage the player has done in the last 20 seconds, which scales from 0% at 0 damage to 10% at 800 damage.[1] For example, if the player has dealt 200 damage in the past 20 seconds, the additional bonus percentage is 2.5% and so the overall crit chance is 4.5%. As a result, the highest natural crit chance attainable is 12%.

Melee weapons are designed to crit far more often than ranged ones in order to encourage their usage at close range. Their base crit chance starts at 15% - higher than attainable for ranged weapons with the recent damage bonus maxed out - and their recent damage bonus scales from 0% to 45%, meaning a player that has done 800 damage or more in the last 20 seconds has a melee crit rate of 60%.
Therefore since they are based on damage done in the past critical hits help better players more which is ridiculous.

I believe a lot of players would like to see critical hits removed and be able to play tf2 more competitively without randomly dying when they really shouldn't have. Competitive tf2 players don't play with random crits because the only randomness we need should be entirely situational as a result of player's own actions.  It is fairly easy to remove crits and am really wondering what the rest of you would want to see done.  In addition it seems to be a tool to randomly let people who are at a situational disadvantage randomly win.  I'm sure a lot of you don't want to see several players of your team about to finish off a player suddenly get critted.
