Hey tc566,
If you're talking about our own Steam profile forum addon here, well, it's quite buggy.
I'm still not entirely sure why it works for some and doesn't for others.
Maybe check to see if your Steam privacy settings are set to Public?
The forum software we're using is quite old now, so it was never intended to work with Steam integration. I still wish some day to upgrade to newer software, with real Steam integration.
For now however, don't worry about it. That's why we added a separate Forum field for SteamID. You can add your SteamID there, under Profile > Forum Profile > Donor SteamID.
No it's not private, I check it online all the time. I thought the other one is for donors only, anyway, I filled both of them. Thanks for the help.

When you're at the main screen there should be a "Play Co-Op" button. Use that instead of going from the server list.
What Mango said, you need to use the Play Coop button on the main screen.
Then select, Mann Up mode for the official servers and to get actual rewards.
Boot camp will send you to non-official servers and you won't get rewards, more like a practice mode.
I played many hours and never clicked this button, so simple  Thank you both!

I got a free tour ticket to use at valve's official servers (mann up map I think) but I was not able to find them.
I was told that I should look for servers with valve tag but none had the mann up map.
Anyone used this ticket before?

Hi,
I have this error in my hyperiongaming.org profile , it has been there from the day I registered.
I changed my steam ID to the 64 version today and still no change.
I could not find a forum for site issue or support so I am posting here.

Hmm, where are playing from?
Our servers are in San Jose, CA.
I sent you a private message a day ago about that, you forgot me  just have a look at my current IP  USA is too far for me, west coast is even worse, I usually find good servers in UK but I think my internet has quality issues not just high ping because I remember being able to play on high ping before as long as the connection is stable and fast.

Thank you all for the help, that helped a lot, it's more complicated than I thought I tried to join your servers but it seems it has high ping for me, higher than all the servers I join, I will try again when I subscribe to a new ISP, hope this will be soon. Thank you again, looking forward to that.

Oh OK, thanks! that explains many things, to make sure I understood it fully:
There are unique Halloween maps (what are there names?) and few modified maps for the Halloween (like Harvest, Viaduct, Hightower) so you can't apply Halloween mode to any map, you need to load certain maps, right?

Thanks ApatheticMango for the detailed info I did not get everything you said (there is a lot of details) but I got the big picture, I never joined a valve event before, I recently joined the map that has big skull in the background but that was way before this Halloween, that's confusing, I guess I did not see the Halloween maps yet, I thought I needed to join specific Valve servers to join this event. Thank you for the help

Hi all,
I just want to ask about Valve Halloween event, I see people in the server I used to play for all of them have weird hats, I have not seen them before wearing hats, did they all get them from this event?
Once I joined TF2 after this event started I was given a taunt magazine so I added it to my action slot, then what? what do I need to do to make use of this event, I have no clue, do I have to join special maps or just press g in any server?
Would appreciate if someone could tell what to do to make the best of this event.

Hi all, New member here, I have not used Steam much but most what I play is TF2, I still have a lot to learn about TF2 so would appreciate your help in game. I am trying to experiment with all classes, I have not tried your servers yet, hope you guys don't take things personal like some other servers, it just ruins the game, thank you!
