Hey guys, its good to be here! Love the servers and playing with other skilled gunslingers.

I started playing tf2 about 6 months before it became free. I have a long history of fps, my favorite of all time has got to be Perfect Dark for the n64. (for those that don't know, it was Rare's amazing upgrade from 007). I also play an occasional game of starcraft, and am in MMO Rehab.

I'm currently a student, working on my degree in Secondary Education with a Information Tech. focus (aka high school computer lab teacher).

As CCP recently admitted they made some changes that went poorly. For the players and the company.

In a statement made by CEO Hemmlar they stated that for the mean time, the cash shop would be closed. As a revolt against the company for not having any major updates in a year, and $80 fashion items along with "I win EVE" buyable weapons, their player base dropped almost 20%.

Recent changes to CCP included lay offs of their NA offices and a small 5 man team working on World of Darkness.

EVE and DUST 514 have became the main focus of CCP for 2012.

Without a steady flow of income, CCP had to fold to player demands.

Hey, I'm [PROLAPSE] Amish in Orange (or HerpeGonaSyphilAIDS depending on the mood) and I just joined the server community today because I have been chased from my previous community server by lag. I am enjoying the server and the community so far and I hope that it stays that way. You might see my friends Schpoople and Retro join soon. I joined the server in the first place because I saw the "Hyperion" in the title and that just had my attention immediately. I am a huge fan of Dan Simmons' "Hyperion Cantos" hence the immediate attraction to it. (Best books I have ever read)

Hey, new to the community/servers. Came from LotusClan west coast servers. Their WC servers kinda died down (most WC servers in general have). Mana, the owner, changed them from 32 to 24 slot for Valve's QuickPlay feature and I don't like 24 slot servers. So hoping to make this my new home server and with me, probably going to try to bring about 15-30 more regulars. Watch out for us |GDD| guys!
