OK, finally, a few changes that were promised:
- Added Automatic AllTalk.
AllTalk will now be turned on automatically when there are less than 13 players on the server. It should be a bit more fun to either seed or play when the server is close to empty. AllTalk will also turn on briefly during Setup time and on End Round. (Works the same way as on the 2nd server)
- All Chat turned on.
This allows "dead" players to communicate to "live" ones. Team chat should only be visible to team. However, it's currently setup to only be enabled when AllTalk is enabled. I'm still not sure I like to have deadtalk enable when the server is full.
I couldn't test all these changes properly by myself, so I'll need feedback from you guys, especially when the server is full. These are not permanent changes!
