Transparent Map Vote

Works great. Hmm, we need to find a way to make sure everybody knows about this simple fix.

Also, there is no other way (at least as far as we know) to modify Valve's default vote system server-side. The old system was causing a lot of problems (not being able to switch weapons); hopefully, with the new system and this client side fix, we found a good compromise :)

Yea, but unfortunately not enough players come by the forums to say hi ;)
I'll definitely send anyone that wants to make the voting window transparent to this thread.

Something is wrong with the voting system. One map will have 18 votes and another will have 9 votes and it'll say that two maps had the same amount of votes and do another vote with those two maps as the option. Not sure why it does this but just thought I would mention it to see if there was a way to fix that.

I'm not sure this still works. At least I couldn't get it to work. These posts are pretty old so I'm guessing something broke after all this time.

Are there any other ways to make the voting less intrusive? I'd like at least a way to maybe turn off the sound effects.
